JStudio4U provides a variety of design services, including but not limited to:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion. Any changes or delays caused by the client may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
– All services must be paid for in advance or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
– Payments made are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Depending on the service purchased, clients may be entitled to a specific number of revisions. Additional changes beyond what is stipulated may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final design. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless a prior agreement states otherwise.
We respect your privacy and will not share any confidential information about your projects or personal details without your consent.
JStudio4U is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by California State Regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
